Zach and his team did amazing work for a good price and were very professional.

Excellent job by Zack, Ryan and crew removing a dog door through a cinderblock wall then restoring wall inside and out to like new. They are now my go-to guys for all handy-man (and larger) projects.

Citrus Maintance was spectacular. Zack and his crew were professional, caring, respectful and timely. Estimate was reasonable with no surprise add-ons. work was spot on. Zach and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel project. He was able to come right over and provide a competitive estimate. Once work began, his team provided quality work, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and briefed me on work complete and tasks for the following day. They stuck to schedule and finished on time. We needed our 2nd story deck rebuilt. Zach, Ryan and the group were amazing. The group of guys (5) that did the actual tear down and rebuild were great! They built a beautiful deck and stairs, were very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I will be using them again without a doubt.

Had an irrigation problem and CPM responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and made it better than new fast and economically. Went from a large pool of water in the lawn to the original mowable lawn in hours. Worked quickly and did good work. Very happy with their work and cost.

Zack has taken great care of me. Zack has been very attentive and great integrity. He’s renovated over 15 rental units for us. He shows up when he said he would and finishes the job before he starts another one.

Oh my goodness so many things to praise! We had water damage from the storms. Zach, Ryan and my favorite Kayden are THE best! They were up front and honest with quotes, work was top notch and their work ethic is excellent! We LOVE our home and they helped make it whole again. New flooring, walls repaired, fresh paint and a new front door!!!! We cannot be happier!!! Using them for all of our needs!!!!!

Drew and the Crew with Citrus Property Renovations (CPR) did an amazing job with our guest bedroom renovations, and installing new high-end garage cabinets. Drew was so professional and personable, ensuring all improvements were performed to our standards and needs. From the estimate to final billing, there were no hidden surprises. Have found the perfect maintenence company. Originally called for painting project. The painting was preformed by a fantastic team. ZACK the owner came in delivered estimate. Very affordable. Price included everything needed including top paint from Sherwin William. Job was handled same day by such respectful young men. Zack, Jeremy, Brett and Kadin were a dream come true. They came they saw and concord. During project I found out they were not just Painter. They do everything you need from renovations to installing electric. The really delivered. The estimate was the exact price no surprises and work excellent. Have gotten estimates for other work. More than just handyman. Look no further. They are wonderful.
